When any property you have decided to invest in has reached 100% funding, properties will be placed onto the new HouseCrowd property trading platform where you can actively trade your shares/units with other investors.
The HouseCrowd property trading platform is brand new to Australia. There are no other trading platforms that we are aware of. We expect the HouseCrowd website to be live in November/December 2016.
The DomaCom Fund manages all property purchases from start to finish including: purchase contracts, settlement and ongoing property management. Investors are provided with their very own investor dashboard to monitor investments, print off statements, buy more shares/units, sell shares/units and bid on shares/units offered for sale by other owners.

Properties listed have been graded to a high standard and require a minimum 9% combined return before the property is approved for listing on the EmpowerHousing.com.au funding platform. All properties are organised into different investment themes to make it easier for you to choose.
You'll receive a share of the ongoing rent and the future capital value of the property based on the percentage of your ownership in each property.
The property management functions required after the property is purchased, are outsourced to experienced professional local agents appointed by the DomaCom Fund.
This means you will share the cost of this due diligence and management with your fellow investors in proportion to your investment.
You will have access to the online property trading platform the HouseCrowd, that provides information very similar to the type of information that investors might see online about any investment property, including details regarding the age, condition, performance, type and location of the property.
Independent valuations are conducted annually by DomaCom.

The DomaCom Fund secondary market
A secondary market facility is available in the DomaCom Fund. Using this facility, investors can sell their units/interests in their property sub-fund at any time to other investors in the DomaCom Fund. Unique to DomaCom, their secondary market facility is an online property market, where investors can trade their property holdings with each other. You also choose how much of your holding that you would like to sell.
The expiration of 5 years
Every 5 years, DomaCom offers its investors the opportunity to exit one or all of their units/interests in property sub-funds.
